I just found my latest bad habit on the Internet, which is buying Art Deco items for my home. I went through this phase in my early 20's, and loaded my apartment up with all sorts of Art Deco styled prints and furniture, and now the bug has bitten me again, and I'm thinking that I could include some new Art Deco items for my home office, which I am currently renovating. Cleaning may be a better word than renovating, but oh well, it needs a new look.

You can buy art stuff online, and it is so much easier than searching all over town for it. I have two huge windows in that room, and the views out of them is nothing to brag about, so I want to get some stained glass Art Deco window panels for it that will also bring in incredibly colorful light in the afternoons, when my interest in work wanes to practically nothing. If I could sit in there and work with those colors hitting my desk, I might put in a couple of extra hours a day working, instead of reading a book or cleaning the house. It sounds like a justifiable investment to me!
